The Lagos State Government is making us really proud thanks to the wide range of capital projects carried out in the State. On our part, we must play our role as good and active citizens of Lagos State. How? By paying our taxes? Yes. But what else?

To become truly active citizens, we need access to information about government projects. With access to data, we would be compelled to pay our taxes, better appreciate how the government is spending money on our behalf and, in this way, contribute to making Lagos better.

Access to data on government activities is about making sure that public money is efficiently converted into schools, roads and hospitals for the public good.
